The development process includes, Roll up of shell plate and dish ends. cuts outs for view ports, Penetrators, medical lock, doors and their associated fitment. Welding, radiographic and ultrasonic examinations of weld joints as dictated by PVHO standard.
Hydrostatic testing and stress relieving. This is then followed by internal and external grit blasting and painting as per the approved procedures.
The control panel is then designed and fabricated to accommodate all the pressure gauges, depth gauges, sensors, analysers, monitors, Communication systems, cameras and control systems required for pressurizing and monitoring the chamber parameters.
On transportation of hyperbaric chamber and control panel to site, its positioned at the designated predetermined location and integrated with compressor, liquid oxygen plant, Environment Control Unit (ECU), fire fighting system and O2 cylinders.
Triail runs are then carried out and the system made fully operational to the client's satisfaction and handed over.
